Bacon & Corn Angel Hair Pasta


  • 8 ounces of angel hair pasta
  • 8 ounces of bacon, chopped
  • 2 ears of uncooked sweet corn
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 table spoons olive oil
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta for 8-10 minutes, till al dente.
  2. While pasta is boiling, fry the bacon in a saute pan till crisp. Drain out the fat and wrap in paper towels to remove any excess fat.
  3. Use a knife to cut the kernels off the ears of corn.
  4. Drain the pasta. Add Pasta, bacon, corn, tomato, basil, and olive oil and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with Parmesan, and whey-la!!!
